All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order is dispatched.
We take extra care in packaging our premium dry fruits to ensure they reach you fresh and intact. All products are packed in food-grade, tamper-proof packaging with proper cushioning. Gift hampers are elegantly boxed for a premium unboxing experience.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier partner's website or by logging into your VSD Dry Fruit account.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply. Please ensure you provide accurate contact and delivery information during checkout.
Currently, each order can be shipped to only one address. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
